Fairest....Almost Finished

I am ALMOST done with Fairest by Gail Carson Levine(also author of Ella Enchanted)It's about this girl named Aza and she lives in Ayortha,and she works and lives at the Featherbed Inn that her mom and dad own.Then one day she goes to the kings wedding...and the queen,Ivi,asks Aza to be her assistant.But,Aza thinks she's ugly and she always will be....but one day she found a mirror,an enchanted mirror,and when she looked into it she was very beautiful.But then,people around the castle start accusing her of her voice(people in Ayortha love to sing EVERYTHING)and start thinking she's an ogress and they leave to get the jail people....but when they got there,there was a diffrent Aza.The mirror told her to something and then she was beautiful.But she was still taken to the castle dungeon and then she escaped,so the jail guard took her to the mountains and then the gnome caverns and thats where I left off.Phew.

The Book of Three

This is the Book of Three Book 1 in the Chronicles of Prydain series by Lloyd Alexander.I just started it and I'm only on page 2 because I've been wanting to read.This book is actually in the 6th grade section of our library....so I picked it.Some of the books look(yes I know,don't judge a book by it's cover)but don't you think Harry Potter is more.....7th and 8th gradish?Oh well.The two pages I read about 2 days ago was pretty good.(If I can remember the 2 pages!)

Nancy Drew

I just finished Nancy Drew and the Quest of the Missing Map.I stopped reading Nancy Drew when Harry Potter was introduced(and I must say,Harry Potter is MUCH better!But I still read Nancy Drew because of all the mystery)but this book in the series was pretty good.Nancy and her friends solve two mysteries that have links.Mrs.Chatham's husband has a half of a map leading to a "treasure island"-Little Palm Island and Ellen's dad (Nancy's friend)has the other half,but theives try to get both halves.In the end,all the theives get put in jail,and everyone gets to have a piece of the treasure,so yeah.

This is Esperanza Rising by Pam Munos Ryan.
It's about a girl named Esperanza and her family going to California from Mexico to a labor camp.Esperanza's family works hard and they keep working-not going on strike.There are many hardships,but they make it.And guess what?I finished it in ONE NIGHT!All 250 pages!

Midnight for Charlie Bone

I just finished it and it's really good.I don't think I'll finish reading the series because I think it's almost EXACTLY like Harry Potter.They even have Prefects in Charlie Bone and so does Harry Potter.(In the 5th Harry Potter book Hermione and Ron become prefects).Well,anyway,Charlie finds out he can read pictures sort of.He can hear the people in the pictures,I guess.
He was supposed to have a picture of his friend's dog,but instead of Runner Bean (the dog's name)he gets a picture of a man with a baby.That was when he found out he can hear people in the pictures.When his Yew Beam aunts find out(they are weird and scary described by the book)they give him some sort of test(a really easy one I can't remember what kind).Then they say he must go to St.Bloor's Academy.His friend,Benjamin(the owner of Runner Bean) says that Bloor's is for really brilliant people.It's because Charlie is "endowed"(endowed means that he has a special gift to hear pictures and stuff)so he can study at special places and is treated pretty special.So,the picture that he had of the man and the baby,he had to return it to a Mrs.Inkwell.Then he finds out that the baby in the picture is one of his fellow students at Bloor's,Emilia Moon.Her real name was Emma Tolly and the Bloor's betrayed her Uncle,Dr.Tolly or something.So the night the Bloor's took her to the Moon's,she began to fly.Later,the Bloor's excepted her into their school.She was put as one of the endowed,and SHE doesn't even know why...because,Dr.Bloor's son can kind of hypnotize people and make them forget things.So the night Emma Tolly flew,he probably hypnotized her so she couldn't remember that night.But,Dr.Tolly made a special box to "wake her up"of the spell.Charlie and his Bloor's friends find the box,get Emilia,and press the letters on the side of the box.Emilia,or Emma,wakes up!But when Dr.Bloor finds out and comes to get Charlie and Emma,Emma flies again and it's the end of a Bloor's Academy year and Charlie goes home grateful for what he has done.The End.whew!

Aggravation

Star Wars is sometimes REALLY hard.Today we were playing the first chapter of The Empire Strikes Back,and you have to put these bomb thingys AROUND these big walking-bomb-shooting-monster.We tried like,10 times,but still,:( Oh Well.Try Again tonight.But,I still do not like this word:

Star Wars:A New Hope

I just finished watching Star Wars:A New Hope Episode IV.It was very good.Long though.In Lego Star Wars:The Complete Saga,me and my mom have just finished off A New Hope,so I was excited that we had it.Almost everything in Wii was the same then in the movie.
C-3PO and R2-D2 were cool.In Wii,when R2-D2 dies, he screams and it's REALLY funny. On the left is the Wii Star Wars.It's really hard sometimes,but at the same time fun if you know what I mean!!!
